Booking & Reservations
How do I make a reservation?
Click on the “Book Now” button at the top right corner of our website. You will be redirected to our secure booking page, where you can reserve a room at any of our Hotels or Serviced Apartments in Singapore.
Can I book a room without a credit card?
Yes, we accept both credit and debit cards.
How can I modify or cancel my hotel reservation?
Modifications or cancellations must be made by contacting us via email, WhatsApp, or phone. You can find the relevant contact details on each property’s webpage.
Will I receive a confirmation email after booking?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after your payment is successfully processed.
Can I book multiple hotel rooms under one name?
Yes, multiple rooms can be reserved under one name. However, all guests will be required to present valid identification (e.g., passport) upon check-in for registration purposes.
Are there discounted rates for extended hotel stays in Singapore?
Yes, exclusive discounts are available for extended stays. Simply input your intended dates on our booking engine to view applicable rates.
How can I make a group or corporate hotel booking?
We offer competitive rates for group and corporate bookings. Please email us at sales@nuvegroup.com.sg for personalised assistance.
Can I request special arrangements for a celebration or special occasion?
Yes! If you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or any special occasion, we can provide room decorations, rose petals, chocolates, and a hand-written card. Please contact us in advance to arrange this service.
Check-In / Check-Out
What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests who book directly with us enjoy early check-in from 2:00 PM and/or late check-out until 12:00 PM (subject to availability).
Can I check in early or check out late?
Direct bookings may qualify for complimentary early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability). Third-party bookings may add this service for an additional fee.
What if I arrive late for check-in?
Our front desks operate 24/7. You may check in at any time from your scheduled check-in date (after 3:00 PM). If you need to check in earlier than 3:00 PM, such as early morning on the same day, you will need to book the previous night to ensure room availability.
What is required during check-in?
Foreign guests must present valid passports. Local guests must present an ICA-issued ID, such as NRIC, Work Permit, Employment Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass, or Student Pass.
School IDs, membership cards, or any non-government-issued identification are not accepted.
Is luggage storage available?
Yes, complimentary luggage storage is available both before check-in and after check-out.
What should I do if I left something behind after hotel check-out?
If you believe you left an item behind, please contact the front desk of the hotel you stayed at. We will do our best to locate and return your item. Please note that NuVe Group is not responsible for any missing items. Guests are required to cover any shipping or mailing costs if return is requested.
Room Information
What amenities are included in the hotel rooms?
All rooms are equipped with premium bedding, en-suite bathrooms with bidets, showers, flat-screen HD TVs, coffee and tea-making facilities, safes, wardrobes, and power outlets.
Is the minibar complimentary?
Yes, if your room includes a minibar, all snacks & drinks provided are complimentary for your enjoyment.
Is the coffee machine & pods complimentary?
Yes, if your room includes a coffee machine, the capsule / coffee pods provided are complimentary for your enjoyment.
Do you offer smoking and non-smoking hotel rooms?
Designated smoking rooms are available at Hotel NuVe Urbane. All other rooms and public areas are strictly non-smoking.
Hotel Services & Amenities
Is breakfast included with my hotel stay?
Breakfast is not included by default but can be added during the booking process at Louis Kienne Serviced Apartments and Hotel NuVe Elements.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms and common areas.
Do your hotels have pools or gym?
Swimming pools are available at Hotel NuVe Urbane, Santa Grand Hotel East Coast, and Louis Kienne Serviced Apartments. A gym is also available at Louis Kienne Serviced Apartments.
Are there on-site restaurants or bars?
Yes. On-site dining options include:
– DIMPLE Bar at Hotel NuVe Heritage
– Kebab Curry Library at Victoria Hotel (NuVe Group Collection)
– Queens Cafe at Louis Kienne Serviced Apartments
Are laundry services available?
Yes. Laundry services are available at Hotel NuVe Heritage & Hotel NuVe Urbane.
Self-service laundromats are available at Victoria Hotel, Harbour Ville Hotel, and Louis Kienne Serviced Apartments.
Do you offer daily housekeeping?
Daily housekeeping is available at all NuVe Group Hotels. At Louis Kienne Serviced Apartments, housekeeping is provided twice weekly, with additional service available upon request (fees apply).
Is complimentary parking available?
Complimentary on-site parking is available at Hotel NuVe Urbane, Harbour Ville Hotel, and Louis Kienne Serviced Apartments. Other properties offers public on-street parking nearby, subject to local rates.
Hotel Policies
What is your child policy?
Children under 10 years of age stay free when using existing bedding. No additional beds are provided.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are strictly prohibited at all our properties.
Can I host a party or event in the hotel room?
To maintain a peaceful environment, parties and events are not permitted.
Do you have noise or quiet hours at the hotel?
Guests are kindly asked to keep noise to a minimum at all times to ensure a relaxing environment for all.
What is your hotel’s smoking policy?
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking rooms and outdoor smoking areas. A cleaning fee of SGD $200 will be charged for any violations in non-smoking areas.
Are durians allowed at the hotel?
For the comfort of all guests, durians and durian-related products are strictly prohibited to be brought in. However, we do recommend trying out this local delicacy at various establishments during your stay in Singapore.
Payment & Fees
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Is a deposit required at hotel check-in?
Yes. An incidental deposit of SGD $100 is required at all hotels, and SGD $200 at Louis Kienne Serviced Apartments. This can be paid via credit/debit card or cash. Cash deposits are refunded upon check-out after room inspection. Credit/debit card refunds may take up to 2–3 weeks, depending on your bank.
When is my card charged for the hotel reservation?
Full payment is required at the time of booking through our platform.
